Todd & Paige West
Lead Pastor and Director of Communications
Todd was born in Warren, Arkansas. He committed his life to Christ as a young boy, at his home church. After graduating high school, he attended the University of Arkansas at Monticello, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Business. Upon graduation, he spent a few years as the Vice President of a credit union, before entering the ministry. Paige was also born in Warren, Arkansas, and began dating Todd after college. Paige is a certified medical transcriptionist, though most of her career has been in Christian ministry: she and Todd entered full-time traveling evangelism not long after they were married. Paige now serves as Director of Communications for Oasis Church. Todd and Paige have two girls, Addison & Riley. They live in Maumelle, Arkansas.

John & Alisha Herring
Associate Pastor
John was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Pastoral Studies from Central Baptist College. John has spent a number of years in ministry in a variety of roles, including youth ministry. He also has served as a regional manager in the retail industry. John is the full-time Associate Pastor for Oasis Church. Alisha is from Forrest City, Arkansas, and has degrees from both Central Baptist College and the University of Central Arkansas. She is a speech therapist for the Little Rock School District. John and Alisha have one son, Dalton.

Doug & Cindy Mickan
Director of Worship Ministries and Director of Children's Worship
Doug is from Bismark, Missouri, and has always excelled as an entertainer. As a teenager, he found a love both for music and ventriloquism, and has performed as a ventriloquist and comedian on a number of venues. He received his Bachelor of Music from Missouri Baptist College, and has served in music ministry and as a collegiate choir director for several years prior to coming to Oasis. Doug has released two albums of contemporary Christian music. Cindy is from Farmington, Missouri. She attended the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Cindy has served as a teacher for Christian schools and has many years experience in ministering to children. Doug and Cindy have one daughter, Saigel.

PJ & Lauren Noland
Student Pastor
PJ is from Forney, Texas, where he was involved actively in youth ministry prior to moving to central Arkansas. PJ has a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies, with a minor in Youth Ministry, from Central Baptist College. He is married to Lauren, and the two lead the student ministries at Oasis Church. Under his leadership, student ministries have grown from non-existent at Oasis to being a fast-growing, vibrant, exciting team of youth.
