Todd was born in Warren, AR, After graduating high school, he attended the University of Arkansas at Monticello where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Business. He worked as Vice President of Credit Union before entering the ministry.
Todd married his wife Paige in 1992. Together they led three churches in Kingland, Trumann, and Fordyce before founding Todd West Evangelistic Ministries. For seven years, Todd and Paige traveled to 13 different states doing crusades, revivals, and conferences. In 2002 they founded Oasis Church in central Arkansas where he continues to serve as lead pastor of one of the fastest growing churches in Arkansas.
Todd has preached in more than 500 churches and continues to travel, speaking all over the U.S. Todd and Paige have twin daughters, Addison and Riley, who attend Arkansas Baptist School in Little Rock.

Paige was born in Warren, AR, where she became a Christian at the age of 11. After graduating high school she attended the University of Arkansas at Monticello and the Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. Paige is a certified Medical Transcriptionist, though most of her life she has served in full time ministry along with her husband Todd. Paige married Todd in 1992 and after 10 years of marriage they were blessed with twin girls, Addison and Riley. Before the birth of their daughters, Todd and Paige served in four churches in Arkansas, then traveled in full-time evangelism for seven years. In 2002 they founded Oasis Church in Central Arkansas where Todd serves as Lead Pastor. Paige serves as Assistant to the Lead Pastor for Scheduling and as Administrative Assistant. Paige is a serious, reserved, quite person. ;)
Paige likes to have fun with friends and hang out with her favorite people: Todd, Addison, and Riley. She dearly loves the staff at Oasis and her church family. Paige enjoys music, reading, traveling, watching TV and sports, and eating out. She despises exercise.

Doug is from Bismark, MO, and has always excelled as an entertainer. As a teenager, he found a love both for music and ventriloquism, and has performed as a ventriloquist and comedian in a number of venues. He received his Bachelor of Music from Missouri Baptist College, and has served in music ministry and as a collegiate choir director for several years prior to coming to Oasis. Doug has released three albums of contemporary Christian music and serves as the Worship Pastor at Oasis Church.
Doug and his wife Cindy have a daughter, Saigel, and a son, Sennett.

Cindy grew up a preacher's kid in Farmington, MO. She attended the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Cindy has served as a teacher for Christian schools and has 19 years of experience in ministering to children. She is the Director of Children's Ministry at Oasis Church.
In addition, Cindy earned an Orange belt in taekwondo in high school, so please don't mess with her. She loves to trout fish in Missouri, though the first time she went she caught zero fish and one bird.
Her favorite movie is "The Sound of Music", her favorite books are The Princess by Lori Wick and Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers, and her favorite songriwter is Dougy. Obviously.
Cindy and Doug have two children, Saigel, 6, and Sennett, 2.

PJ and his wife, Lauren, are from Forney, TX, where they were actively involved in youth ministry prior to moving to central Arkansas. They both graduated from Central Baptist College in Conway, AR. PJ has a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies.
Under their leadership, Oasis Youth Ministries have grown from non-existent to a vibrant, to a vibrant, exciting team of youth. PJ currently serves as the Small Groups Pastor at Oasis. He and a team of equipped small group leaders enjoy helping others build friendships and grow closer to God through a small group experience.
PJ can often be seen sporting a fresh haircut, a v-neck tee, sipping on a cup of (French pressed) coffee, and discussing delegation skills while driving his Jeep Wrangler with is kayak strapped to the top - all at the same time. He's very talented! Lauren spends her free time styling her edgy hair, pinning on Pinterest, painting her nails, and studying law via Law & Order reruns. Together they are dynamite and have been voted one of the top Pastor/Pastor's Wife duos to watch for in America.

April is from Texarkana, AR, and has always enjoyed public speaking and communications. She received Bachelor degrees in Mass Communications and Speech Communication from Ouachita Baptist University and went on to earn the title of Accredited in Public Relations. Following seven years of practicing public relations and communications in the professional sector, she felt the calling to full-time ministry.
April leads the Connection Team, helping those who are new to Oasis to navigate the sometimes scary and often awkward journey from first-time guest to church member. She also serves as a Staff Consultant, partnering with other staff members to help move their ministries forward.
April and her husband, Derek, spend their free time changing diapers and attempting to keep up with their twin daughters, Audrina and Devon. When their daughters are asleep, they collapse on the couch to watch Fringe, How I Met Your Mother, and 30 Rock.
