Todd
West, Senior Pastor
Paige West, Director of Communications
Todd
West is a native of Warren, Arkansas. In 1989, Todd earned a B.A.
degree in Communications with a minor in Business from the University
of Arkansas at Monticello. After graduation, Todd entered the
business world, and within two years was the Vice President of
Potlatch Credit Union. Despite his promising career in finance,
God had other plans for Todd: on April 21, 1991, Todd surrendered
to preach the Gospel at Calvary Baptist Church in Warren. Todd
served as Senior Pastor of three churches over the next few years,
before God called him into full-time evangelism. In August 1996,
he founded Todd West Evangelistic Ministries. Since that time
he has ministered in dozens of states and several hundred evangelistic
campaigns. He has been a keynote speaker for the Baptist Missionary
Association of America National Meeting twice, and once at the
Arkansas state meeting. He is commonly requested to preach at
revivals and Bible conferences around the country, and regularly
speaks at colleges, seminaries, conferences, and youth camps.
Each year, hundreds of people join the Lord's family through Todd's
ministry.
Paige
West is a native of Warren, Arkansas. She accepted Christ as her
Savior when she was 11 years old, at her home church, Calvary
Baptist. She has served with her husband Todd in full-time ministry
since 1991. Todd and Paige married shortly after beginning ministry
together, on January 11, 1992. After ten years of marriage they
were blessed with two of the greatest and funniest children, twin
daughters Addison and Riley. Although Paige is a certified Medical
Transcriptionist, she serves as Staff Assistant for Oasis Church.
In addition to this role, Paige serves in several ministries at
the church, serving as Children's Worship Coordinator and as a
member of the Worship Team video department.
Todd

The
Herring Family: John, Alisha, and Dalton
John
Herring, Associate Pastor
John
and Alisha have been enjoying life at Oasis since 2003. They were
married in 2001 and currently live in Maumelle with their son
Dalton (born in 2007).
John
is originally from the North Little Rock area. He surrendered
his life to ministry in 1993 and in 1997 graduated from Central
Baptist College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible. He has
had the opportunity to serve in churches in both Arkansas and
Texas in leading a variety of ministries including Youth &
Children’s Ministries, Outreach Ministries, Music Ministries
and Education Ministries. John also has a background in management
and administration from working for many years for a regional
retail store. John enjoys playing games (just about any kind),
collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia and spending time with friends
and family.

Doug
& Cindy Mickan have been serving at Oasis since it’s
beginning in 2002. They were married in 1999 and currently reside
in Conway, AR with their daughter Saigel.
Doug
is originally from Bismarck, Missouri, and serves as Director
of Worship Ministries. He graduated with a Bachelor of Music from
Missouri Baptist College in St. Louis, MO. Prior to joining Oasis,
he served as Worship Leader for Todd West Evangelistic Ministries,
and Director of Music and Youth at Faith Baptist Church in St.
Charles, MO. Besides being a talented musician, Doug is also an
accomplished ventriloquist. He has been ministering through puppets
and music since the age of 16. After one of his performances,
one of the children in the audience gave him the name, “The
Evan-triloquist”, because she realized the need for salvation
through one of the skits. Doug enjoys writing music, trout fishing,
and playing Playstation.
Cindy
is originally from Park Hills, MO, and serves as Director of Children’s
Ministries. Cindy was raised as the daughter of a Baptist Pastor.
She graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a
Bachelors of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Prior
to Oasis, Cindy taught High School Biology and Chemistry at Tower
Grove Christian School in St. Louis. Cindy also worked and traveled
with Todd West Evangelistic Ministries. Cindy has been working
with children for years through Sunday School and the Girls' Missionary
Auxiliary (GMA). She has a tremendous vision to reach and disciple
the children at Oasis. Along with her responsibilities as Children's
Director, Cindy serves as the secretary at Oasis. In her free
time, Cindy enjoys reading and working out.

The
Noland Family: PJ and Lauren
PJ
Noland, Student Pastor
PJ
is from Forney, Texas, where he graduated high school and attended
Fellowship Baptist Church. He surrendered to the ministry when
he was 19 years old. he began pursuing his bible education at
Criswell Bible College while serving as Senior High Outreach leader
at Fellowship Baptist Church.
After a year of college at Criswell, PJ transferred to Central
Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas. PJ is in his senior year
at CBC and plans to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Biblical
Studies and a minor in student ministry. PJ eventually hopes to
pursue a Masters Degree in marriage and family counseling. PJ
joined the staff of Oasis in 2006 as the student pastor. In his
free time he enjoys hiking, working out, and watching movies.
Lauren
is also from Forney, Texas, where she graduated high school and
attended Fellowship Baptist Church. She is currently attending
Central Baptist College in Conway. Lauren is working towards a
Bachelor Degree in Social Services and after graduation, she plans
to work towards a masters degree in counseling. She has a heart
for people and a desire to use the gifts and education that God
has given her to help people better understand life and Jesus.
In her free time Lauren enjoys shopping, working out, and watching
movies.
PJ
and Lauren will be getting married in May of 2008.
